This position will be a hybrid role between an CLS Customer Logistics Supervisor and a Recruiter Sales Coordinator. This person will be responsible for handling all the administrative functions such as: Scheduling road test for the drivers, personnel files, onboard, I-9, manage DOT files, upload documents to our system, help out with payroll, verifying hours, collecting time sheets, employee relations, giving out assignments to drivers, manage driver hours through our app. This person will also be responsible for Recruiting functions such as: setting up interviews, interviewing new drivers, making marketing calls to clients existing and new, sending out email blasts, making cold calls to gain new business and help reach goals to grow our Driver Services. This role requires to work on the weekends (sometimes depending on the deamnd) and to be on call throughout the year.
