The Supervisor of Recruiting Services will manage 3-5 recruiters as a member of Ryder's recruiting leadership team, which sets strategic direction, policy, and standards for the staffing function. The recruitment team is accountable for promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
This positon will office in FMS Central or East region.
