The Rental Marketing Assistant Manager is responsible for owning the rental customer from onboarding through cross-selling and retention. The position will be responsible for strategizing, developing and executing all Ryder Rental customer campaigns. The Rental Marketing Consultant will report to the Rental Marketing Manager, will improve our customer retention strategy, increase revenue for our current customer base, oversee all aspects of our rental reservation site, and manage and enhance the entire customer experience.
