  • Position Description

    As part of the Ryder team, the Inbound Associate II will handle a variety of tasks including handling incoming call volumes, researching Ryder invoices, explaining charges, comchecks and communicating with external field personnel to close Salesforce cases within 2-day service level agreement (SLA).


    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Intermediate level MS Office and Windows skills
    • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with customers
    • Good command of English language, with strong oral and written communication skills
    • Follow-up skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks with limited supervision and operate effectively as part of a team in a call center environment
    • Adherence to departmental goals and metrics
    • Effective listening skills
    • Ability to handle stressful situations and high call volumes
    • Knowledge of systems and tools (FIS, Carms, Salesforce, etc.) and truck industry experience preferred



    • Handle incoming calls
    • Solve problems and investigate/resolve a variety of issues and requests
    • Enter all cases in Salesforce
    • Perform other duties, as assigned
