    The Lead Coordinator is responsible for the assignment and coordination of activities within the maintenance group to ensure a productive workforce that supports the facility

    3:00pm - 11:30pm

    Will get a shift differential of $1.00




    • High school diploma or GED equivalent
    • One year certificate from college or technical school
    • Up to one (1) year of experience working in a call center environment
    • Three to six (3-6) months of related experience working as a call center agent
    • Ability to:
      • Read and/or listen and understand information and ideas communicated
      • Listen, write, and speak effectively. Inform, explain, and give instructions; ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively
      • Work independently and as a member of a team
      • Motivate and guide other members of the team
      • Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
    • Capability for multi-tasking and highly organized, with excellent time management skills
    • Strong mechanical skills
    • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
    • Computer skills (advanced level)
    • Depending on location, may be required to be equipment certified


    • Determine schedules adjustments, sequences, and assignments for work activity, based upon work priority, team availability and skill of personnel
    • Effectively oversee team members to ensure all assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently in accordance with departmental leadership
    • Function as a point person for routine issues or questions during the day to day operations; the candidate will have to have a thorough understanding of all MMC/RCRC related process and procedures to effectively assist in all matters related to case management
    • Confer with personnel, such as management, quality auditors and customers to coordinate work activities and communicate with the team members to provide direction if changes are necessary for managing cases
    • Participate in various aspects of case management under the guidance of the supervisor or manager
      Performs other duties as assigned
