  • Position Description

    This is a TEMP short term contract role for a recruiter. The recruiter will be reviewing applicants and making screen calls. 

     

    This position will be responsible for providing World Class Recruiting Services to the Ryder organization in a cost effective manner, while continuously searching and providing state of the art Recruitment methodology. Position identifies, recruits, interviews and recommends candidates for entry-level, high volume positions.

    Requirements

    • Associate's Degree or 4 (four) years equivalent related work experience
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in a related area

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must have business perspective

    Responsibilities

    Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Screen and interview candidates to fill current or expected vacancies
    • Administer pre-employment tests and check references
    • Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting
    • Promote the organization as an employer of choice
    • May assist with the placement of employment advertisements and related duties
