The HR Representative - Field position will be at the GM Spring Hill facility. This operation has approximately 1,200 Ryder employees working three shifts in a unionized environment. The successful candidate must have strong HR Rep experience and expertise combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working in a union environment will be an asset. This position will actively engage employees in the work environment to improve employee relations issues as well as resolve labor related issues with the union.
This HR Rep role is to cover off shifts hours either 2nd or 3rd shift!
