    The Energy Products Analyst role will assist the Global Fuels Manager and Sr. Director - Advanced Vehicle Technology & Energy Products with tactical pricing & financial analysis, project management, and vendor and process management. The daily duty will be to supply pricing analysis and recommendations to our sales team in regards to their customers. This comes with a contract process whereby the hire will be responsible for providing sales representatives with the appropriate contract to be executed by the customer, Ryder, followed by system processing, and sending it to SSC for compliance and system execution. Once a contract has been executed, the sales incentive system needs to be updated in order to calculate sales commission on a monthly basis going forward. This role will also be responsible for identifying ways to automate manual processes to create efficiencies within the group.





    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or other technical area
    • Five (5) years or more experience in Fuel, Energy or other analytical field of business
    • Demonstrates analytical skills; Problem solving, data management
    • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
    • US Fuel distribution model & players (intermediate level) preferred
    • Pricing of fuel/energy products – Retail/Wholesale (intermediate level) preferred
    • Safety Sensitive Position


    • Creating fuel price comparisons to justify the Ryder value proposition
    • Managing the fuel innovations inbox requests on a daily basis
    • Executing contract, fuel pricing system and commission processes
    • Asset Management - Update & manage lists of vehicles available under grant or pool programs
    • Project Management - Working with vendors and field personnel on implementing product trials or vehicle moves
    • Perform other duties as assigned, including creating marketing brochures/programs, webinar creations, customer presentations, negotiations and discussions
