  • Position Description

    The Lease Admin & Contracts Manager SSC position is responsible for providing leadership and a strategic focus within an assigned department to ensure the standardization and continuous improvement of business processes, meeting service and productivity standards, customer and employee satisfaction. Manages staff performance and facilitates the development of management skills to ensure upward mobility. This position is responsible for the following functional groups:

    • The Lease Administration Team communicates and coordinates with the BU and National Sales regarding the receiving and processing of packages that are complete and ready to process. The processes consist of auditing contractual documents, ordering vehicles, and transmitting all Lease, RPM, and ODM contracts
    • The Contract and Rate Set up Team is responsible for setting up specific contractual rates for the FMS customer base. The process consists of reviewing contracts and assuring billing systems reflect the contractual agreement, partnering with the field to gather CPI and Surcharge recommendation as well as manage the RydeSmart and exception billing processes

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or 8 years related business work experience
    • Five (5) years or more experience managing personnel in a business environment as well as project management and system implementation
    • Five (5) years or more financial transactional processing experience in shared services environment. Full use and application of relevant principles, theories, concepts and techniques. General knowledge of functional areas assigned
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to:
      • Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
      • Manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments
      • Possess managerial courage
      • Work independently and as a member of a team
    • Effective leadership skills

    • Detailed oriented with excellent follow-up practices
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Knowledge of customer service (advanced level)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Access, PowerPoint and Excel (advanced level)
    • Salesforce.com (advanced level) preferred

    Responsibilities

    • Manages a department, providing guidance, leadership and coaching to assigned staff
    • Develops department goals to maintain optimum efficiency
    • Provides input and manages department operating budget and performance goals
    • Acts as the higher level escalation point and resolves and addresses issues. Manages policy variances and implements change
    • Develops and ensures compliance with internal controls, quality standards, processes and procedures. Interacts with monitors external vendors ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Visits internal and external customers to provide support
    • Oversees the development and maintenance of desk procedures, training manuals, and internal control documentation. May lead or participate in projects to include department, SSC, division and corporate initiatives
    • Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments in the form of objectives and goals
    • Recommends and implements improvements to policies and practices that impact immediate organization
    • Perform other duties as assigned
