In our Customer Logistics Supervisor (CLS) role, you’ll lead a team that supports our customers directly on-site, ensuring that they are happy and satisfied with our services and our products. Ideally, it would be nice for you to have some understanding of logistics or warehousing with some SAP experience, but what’s MUCH more important is that you know how to positively, professionally & dynamically interact with people, are empathetic, and are great at creating a harmonic environment where your team works together towards a common goal. Also, you don’t mind stepping up, shouldering the load & being the first point of contact to handle any customer complaints.
