Working under general supervision, the Learning & Development Specialist supports the creation, maintenance and delivery of Ryder training and development materials and solutions, addressing the organization’s needs to build competency and improve the overall capability of its talent. To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to work within a team and independently, have excellent customer service, possess an ability to learn quickly, and demonstrate an ability to troubleshoot issues (and then apply corrective action to prevent re-occurrence). Ensures business continuity for Talent Management Activities through System Administration.
