Coordinates the day-to-day operation of all aspects of assigned logistics customers, up to and including all arrival and departure check calls, all in transit and cross border activity, all on time carrier performance, all exception coordination and management. In addition, responsible for driving all Carrier Web Compliance and On Time Performance within the given customer network as well as addressing any additional customer requests such as added routes to a given network, the coordination of cancelled routes with the carrier base, or the adjustment of any given planned routing in order to meet customer needs. Required to have a working understanding of multiple customer business rules and procedural requirements and may, through day to day customer interaction, be required to resolve any customer concerns or issues.
