Position Description

The HR Representative - Field position will be supervised by a Senior Human Resources Manager and will function as a Human Resource Generalist.


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational behavior, human resources or labor relations
  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible human resource and labor relations experience at a generalist level
  • This position will travel approximately 10-20% of the time


  • Masters degree preferred 
  • Candidate must possess excellent communication, organizational, training and negotiating skills and have the ability to effectively interact with employees from senior management to the front-line


  • This position will be responsible for resolving employee concerns and grievances, working with management to resolve employee relations issues, providing counsel and guidance to management regarding the appropriate application of performance management processes
  • Position will assist in recruitment and selection processes as necessary, assist with field training initiatives, and support the administration of corporate compensation and benefit programs
  • Primarily working with the field management team to insure a positive and productive work environment
