Position Description

 

Duties:

  • Analyze and repair PCs, RFs, and wide variety of printers 
  • Document all calls, tasks and projects 
  • Maintain userIDs in all systems 
  • Support Operations in all aspects 
  • Maintain inventory and asset tracking
  • Perform and support all job requirements as directed by the supervisor and/or manager in a safe accident free manner 

 

 

Requirements:
  • At least six months recent experience required.  One year experience preferred.
  • A+, Network+, IT Certification or AS degree in computer related field, or enrolled in school/classes highly preferred.
  • Must be able to repair computers and other equipment.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Self-Motivated
  • Team player
  • Able to multi-task
  • Familiarity with current warehouse stock and packaging.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms.
  • Must have own transportation to travel between local facilities during regularly schedulded hours.
  • Work overtime as assigned.
  • Working knoweldge of RF, AS400, SAP
  • Must have above average safety, performance and attendance.

 

 

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent One year of clerical or warehouse experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively using verbal and written methods Strong customer service skills are required
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Knowledge of WMS preferred
  • Experience operating forklift equipment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates activities with clerks from other floor areas, the customer and/or other suppliers as needed 
  • Using the location's WMS system updates area or shift metrics as needed 
  • Generates daily, weekly or monthly reports, memos, and summaries often of a technical and/or confidential nature 
  • Floor work and additional duties as assigned 
  • Performs basic administrative tasks for area or shift
  • Maintains filing systems and documents 
  • Gathers from and provides information to floor employees in his/her area of support 
  • Coordinates activities / meetings / communication for the specific area or shift
