The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for working in dynamic environments and be an inspirational change agent of Lean tools and processes, while contributing to overall organizational transformation through an adaptive leadership approach. The position drives the efforts of Lean principles through the development of training modules and workshop facilitation for all levels across the organization.
Areas of strength include: Strategy Deployment, Transformation Planning, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen Facilitation, Problem Solving, Standard Work, 5S, A3s, Flow and Pull techniques, S&OP, 3P, and Talent Development.
