The Operations Management Trainee will support the shop management process and assist in cost savings, customer retention, and metric-based initiatives. This requires the Management Trainee to work cross functionally across Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental.
We understand that the best way to grow our field operations is to grow our employees. So as a Management Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience leading personnel and managing projects in a friendly and supportive environment.
In addition to ensuring workflow productivity, their responsibilities include managing employees, leading aspects of inventory management, scheduling, and financial reporting. If you’re looking to break into a career in management or hone your managerial skills, your biggest opportunity may be here at Ryder.
Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
